All orders are processed within 24 hours (on weekdays) from the moment the payment for purchases is booked. We carefully prepare and secure our products so that nothing can happen to them during transport.

In the case of personalized goods, the time may be extended to 72 hours.

When selecting a shipment, remember that:

• couriers arrive once a day for all parcels, hours vary depending on the courier company,
• InPost parcel lockers, parcels are usually delivered within 1 to 2 days, delivery is also possible on weekends
