The return of goods, without giving any reason, can be made up to 14 days from the date of recieving the shipment.

Personalized goods, e.g. additional engraving, are not returnable.

All our products have a one-year manufacturer's warranty, on the basis of which we replace or repair products purchased from us.

Please note that our products are delicate. Therefore, mechanical damage such as crushing, dropping etc. of the products is not covered by the warranty!
